I went to them because I was in Poznań. They don't answer the phone, but I found out why when I got there. The phones ring non-stop and ARE answered all the time. I went to ask about certain issues, dates of possible repairs, costs, etc. I was given a lot of time and we approached my A8 to discuss a specific matter. Apart from the conversation with one gentleman in the office who served me at the beginning, I am more than satisfied. The inscriptions on my car visible in the photo have nothing to do with the preferences of the workshop employees. And certainly no one declared them. This is my car and my inscriptions. I highly recommend this workshop!

My previous review was over a year ago, it only gets better! Consistently the highest level of knowledge and experience, friendly atmosphere. Recently, there have been more people to contact the client, a significant improvement in terms of deadlines, and if anyone wants to know the expertise of Krzysztof and the team, visit the YT channel and form your own opinion. I admire it, thank you and see you next time.

I came, I saw and they did what needed to be done! I recommend additional security! The gentlemen have a lot of work, starting with Władek, respect for all the good work, through the office - Mateusz, thanks for all the time devoted to correspondence and another gentleman who took me to the motel after returning the car! I even saw Harry Potter😄 he had a lot to deal with! It's a pity that we couldn't meet Krzysztof... we passed each other in the morning at the famous entrance. Good luck, gentlemen, in your further activities!

Not to rate the services because I wasn't given the opportunity to do so, but to rate the customer's "COLLISION WITH PSEUDO SERVICE". First of all, you won't get through, so I left. I came across... Someone from the service at the square who listened to what problem I had with my car. His behavior was below criticism, I understand, a large number of orders, but the client should be talked to by a person representing the highest level, not the level of a guy from the Poznań Stock Exchange from the 1990s, no professionalism, texts like "you can see what the square looks like, right?" You can ask in January, maybe we'll do something in February. Great hype on TVN Turbo and social media, but in reality, no respect for the customer.
